Refund Policy:
Any unused Mentor Sessions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days Mentor Sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
Students may opt to pay for their Mentorship Program using a payment plan (not a subscription fee) which allows students to get started immediately while spreading the cost of enrollment over equal monthly payments. Once the 30 day refund window is closed, this payment plan cannot be canceled for any reason. Students agree to complete all payments included in the payment plan.

Advertising Policy:
StoryboardArt may occasionally use course material and artwork for advertising and promotional purposes. By registering for the program you give us consent to use your course materials for promotional purposes. To opt out, please contact us directly.

1 on 1 Meetings:
Personal Mentor meetings are scheduled in advance each month. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for the 1 on 1 mentor meetings. There are no refunds or make up sessions for missed appointments or "no shows".
